This meeting will have a focused agenda with a report from the executive director on the work of the association as well as any proposals coming from the CAIS Board of Trustees that requires a vote by Institutional Members. It is essential that CAIS has a quorum for the meeting. All Heads of Schools should attend. Should it be impossible for the Head of School to attend, the Head of School may send a member of the senior leadership team as a proxy as long as a notification is sent ahead of the meeting so the association can correctly record any vote. If attendance or a proxy is not possible, an email vote ahead of the meeting is also acceptable.
