Connecticut Independent Schools Health Plan (CISHP) was established in 1993 to offer a health insurance program available to independent schools who are members of the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS). Eligibility was updated due to ACA requirements that participating schools must have 50 or more eligible employees. CISHP offers medical (choice of 5 plans), dental, vision, life and disability plans.
