The second annual Illuminators Gathering will take place November 10–11, 2026, at The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut.
Designed for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ educators, administrators, staff, and co-conspirators, the gathering offers thoughtful professional learning alongside meaningful opportunities for connection and community. The idea behind Illuminators is simple: smaller is better. An intentionally intimate gathering creates space for deeper conversation, genuine connection, and the kind of professional renewal that can get lost in a larger crowd.
This year’s featured speakers include Dr. Shaun Harper, keynote speaker, and Smith College President Sarah Willie-LeBreton, who will offer remarks at Tuesday evening’s dinner.
Location: Loomis Chaffee School, 4 Batchelder Rd, Windsor, CT
Cost: $450
