Trustees

The CAIS Board of Trustees has been actively involved in the stewardship of the association. In recent years the Board has developed the association’s strategic plan and funded key strategic initiatives. The Board has developed strong committees to support the work of the board as well as conduct a regular review of the bylaws, leading to the development of a board handbook. The Board provides fiduciary oversight as well as insightful guidance on the associations finances and reserves. The Board supports all aspects of the association’s work and plays an important role in advocating on behalf of the association and its member schools. Trustees serve a 3-year term and a possible subsequent 2-year term, and membership is intentionally reflective of the diversity of CAIS member schools.
